Bulboacă & Asociaţii SPARL announced the cooptation of Mariana Signeanu, as a partner.
Mariana brings over 16 years of experience in the field of law and includes numerous financings and restructurings, alternative financings, where she has assisted major international developers and high profile financial groups. She is also specialized in property title investigations and sales and acquisitions related to real estate transactions, and has been involved in numerous high-profile real estate projects. Mariana holds a M.Sc. in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University in London and was a Jean Monnet fellow at WU-WIEN Vienna University of Economic and Business Administration.
