Manuela Guia, Bianca Naghi and Octavian Adam, together with a team of experienced lawyers in Big 4 affiliated firms, as well as other top law firms, are launching a new law firm under the GNP brand Guia Naghi and Partners.
The team aims to apply high quality standards, pay attention to details and to the overall picture, with pragmatic and business-focused results, always acting as a real partner for each of its clients. In the new format, Manuela Guia will assume the position of Managing Partner. With solid expertise in areas such as competition law, state aid, regulated industries (pharma, retail, telecom), public procurement, consumer protection, Manuela has managed over the years a successful team. Manuela is also recognized as an expert in public procurement, telecommunications and state aid.
