Glodeanu Partners is looking for two highly motivated lawyers with up to 4-5 years of experience to join our Real Estate& Energy and Corporate& M&A departments

LEGAL EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS
- up to 2/3 years of relevant experience since passing the definitive exam at a recognized (business) law firm;
- solid knowledge and experience of civil and commercial law (with focus on real estate/ energy and respectively corporate and up-to-date on each specific sectors);
- experience in providing advice drafting and writing legal opinions, working with foreign and Romanian based clients.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- good communication and legal writing skills in both Romanian and English; knowledge of further foreign languages is an advantage;
- computer literacy (e.g. MS Office);
- proactive attitude, attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects and, most important, team player.
