Duncea, Stefanescu & Associates, the correspondent law firm of Mazars in Romania, announces separation from the audit and tax advisory company. The law firm headed by partners Adriana Duncea and Cosmin Stefanescu, thus becomes fully independent after seven years of representing the consultancy company in the domestic market.
“We will continue the development, slowly but surely, supported by the reputation we have already acquired among our business partners. The promise we can make to our existing or potential partners does not refer to the growth rate we foresee, but to our same dedication, passion and professionalism with which we will continue protecting their business. Finally, as our team remained stable, it has contributed to securing professional confidence: we invested at the right time in the most valuable asset of a company, namely its human capital”, commented the law firm’s partners, as per a press release.
The law firm remains, however, a member of Marcalliance, the global alliance of independent law and tax firms from Europe, Asia and Africa.
Duncea, Stefanescu & Associates’ team led by the two partners, Adriana Duncea and Cosmin Stefanescu comprises 14 members whose areas of expertise include corporate and commercial law, M&A, banking and finance, real estate and construction or litigation, among others.
