Starting this February, Dana Radulescu, formerly Insolvency Partner, is a Partner within the advisory practice group of Maravela & Asociatii.
Valedictorian of Bucharest University`s Law School, Dana equally holds a bachelor's degree in law (Maîtrise en Droit Européen) from Université Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne in France and is a former Partner of reputed Romanian law firms (Vernon David, Borza & Asociatii and Rubin Meyer Doru & Trandafir). Throughout her career, Dana was lead counsel in significant privatizations/M&A deals, financing projects as well as restructurings and reorganizations of large companies and corporations.
Currently member of the Bucharest Bar Association, the Romanian Mediation Council and the Romanian Insolvency and Bankruptcy Practitioners Association, Dana started working with Maravela & Asociatii back in 2014, as Insolvency Partner, position successfully held until end of January 2017.
