Clifford Chance Badea has expanded the Finance team by recruiting Diana Moroianu who joined the law firm as Associate lawyer starting November 2014. Specialized in Finance Law, she has a six-year experience in business law acquired within international law firms where has worked since the beginning of her career.
“Over the years, she has built a legal advisory portfolio in Banking, as well as M&A deals, advising businesses such as retailer chains, pharmacy chains, and credit institutions. In the Banking industry, she has been involved in projects at national and international level, such as cross border finance, finance restructuring,syndicated loans, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance”, states a press release of the law firm.
Diana Moroianu will be, therefore, part of the Banking, Finance & Capital Market team coordinated by Managing Partner Daniel Badea. She graduated from the Law School within the University of Bucharest in 2007 and since 2008, she has been a member of the Bucharest Bar.
