Clifford Chance Badea recruits Andra Jegan for the Corporate M&A team coordinated by Partnre Nadia Badea, which will join as Associated lawyer starting September 8, 2014. Jegan has almost seven years of business experience, being specialized in Corporate M&A and Employment Law.
“Over the years, she has provided legal assistance to representative companies in Romania and at an international level, with activities in diverse industries such as Infrastructure, Media and Retail. The projects she has been involved in over recent years helped consolidate her professional profile within the French business community”, reads a press release of the law firm.
Andra Jegan graduated the Bucharest Law School in 2008 and holds a Business European and International Law LL.M. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since January 2009.
