Throughout her legal career spanning more than 15 years, Laura has gained extensive experience in in M&A and energy regulatory practices with impressive track record in sophisticated transactions, mergers and spin-offs, business transfers, joint ventures as well as unbundling matters. Laura also coordinated successful litigation files for companies active in the energy sector.
