German law firm Noerr promoted Alexandru Ene in the position of partner, after 14 years of activity within the firm.
Alexandru Ene joined Noerr in 2003 as coordinator of the litigation department, and since 2008 Mr. Ene served as associate partner.
With an experience of over 16 years in business law, Alexandru Ene is an expert in litigation and insolvency, but also in implementing and developing compliance programs. Throughout his career, Mr. Ene has advised international clients from different sectors on their investments and operations in Romania. These include companies in the Fortune 500, DAX 30 on fiscal and commercial litigation, implementation of compliance programs and conducting internal investigations and representation in cases of white collar crime.
