A new  law firm, Plăcintescu Riti & Asociații was founded by Ana-Maria Plăcintescu and Bogdan Riti, former partners in Mușat & Asociații. 

The law firm will be specialised in Employment/Workplace health and safety, Corporate compliance & governance and Real estate, these being the main areas of practice of the founding partners. 

Ana-Maria Plăcintescu and Bogdan Riti have more than 15 years of experience in business law, being involved and coordinating complex projects for local and international clients, such as: restructurings and voluntary retirement schemes, negotiations and collective dismissals, assignments and relocations, disciplinary and professional unfitness procedures, transfer of employees, in-sourcing and outsourcing, all range of corporate matters starting from day-to-day corporate issues to mergers and de-mergers, disputes between shareholders, assistance in developing real estate projects, transactions regarding turn-key real estate projects, acquisition and consolidation of agricultural lands, etc.

Ana-Maria Plăcintescu has an experience of 17 years of legal practice and was the head of the Employment department in Musat & Asociați for 12 years. Ana-Maria has been nominated as of 2007 by PLC Which Lawyer? and as of 2010 by Chambers Europe among the top practitioners in employment law field. She gained also a significant experience in corporate, real estate, restructuring and insolvency and has been nominated as of 2012 by Chambers Europe among the top practitioners in restructuring/insolvency.

Bogdan Riti has 15 years of experience in business law field, gained for the most part in Mușat & Asociații. As of 2015 Bogdan held the position of Managing Associate, coordinating significant projects in corporate, real estate and employment fields and in March 2017 has been promoted as Partner. His main areas of practice cover corporate compliance & governance and real estate. Concurrently, Bogdan excels also in other law fields such as mergers & acquisitions and employment.
