Roxana Neguţu, second year in a row, is the exclusive winner for Romania in the Real Estate category of the 2018 ILO Client Choice Awards as a result of the evaluation of over 2,000 nominations, this being the fifth year in which Voicu & Filipescu lawyers are among the winners.
The ILO Client Choice Awards are awarded to lawyers following a complex research based on nominations and recommendations made by law firms. The criteria for determining the winners are primarily related to the ability of lawyers to effectively add value to their clients' business compared to other players on the market.
Real estate practice is one of the key areas in Voicu & Filipescu's business. The portfolio of clients assisted by the firm’s lawyers includes real estate developers, construction and design companies, retailers, logistics centers, as well as companies active in other markets involved in projects relevant to these practices.
