Vlasceanu, Ene & Partners (VEP) entered the local legal market as of 1stOctober 2016. The two founders, Daniel Vlasceanu and Stefan Ene, have both activated within the largest oil & gas integrated group in South Eastern Europe. Within said organization, Daniel coordinated several legal offices and acted in a business development role, while Stefan coordinated for a number of years the environmental practice.
The two core legal areas of VEP are oil and gas (with a broader focus on energy) and environmental law. Both legal areas are key to larger Romanian industry landscape: on one side, the oil and gas industry is strategically positioned within the local economy, while the environmental stream represents a niche that will substantially develop in the near future.
