Law firm bpv Grigorescu Ştefănică assisted Fair Value Com, a Romanian company with a turnover of more than 11 million lei in 2017, in the transaction through which it was taken over entirely by S&T Romania, the local subsidiary of the Austrian system provider and software integrator. The latter has thus gained leadership in the SAP software solutions implementations in Romania.
Fair Value Com, a wholly-owned Romanian company, has dominated the segment of SAP-based private companies in the 13 years since its inception, providing them with the implementation and maintenance of these solutions. Although the company's activity was supported by a relatively small number of employees, reaching 19 employees in 2017, it managed to develop an impressive portfolio of clients, realizing 35 SAP implementations in 5 different industries.
