PNSA assisted Ameropa Grains, the top national grain and fertilizer trader and part of Ameropa Group, on the acquisition of Miroși/Căldăraru agricultural base, including warehouses, silos, dwellings and offices, from Net Farming, part of Agricover Group.

PNSA team was led by Partner Bogdan C. Stoica along with Associate Ioana Lazăr.

This transaction is part of an acquisition and restructuring program of agri related assets launched by Ameropa Group in Romania involving the acquisition of various silos, storage and distribution facilities and/or business lines across the country.

PNSA has advised Ameropa for 12 years, since its entry in Romania.
