NNDKP assisted Clinica Victoria in the partnership transaction with EquiLiant Capital, the investment fund financed by Pavăl Holding, oriented towards investments in small and medium companies.
EquiLiant has invested in the Victoria Clinic, acquiring, through a capital increase, a minority stake.
Victoria Clinic, founded by Daniel and Cristian Dragomir, offers dental and imaging services, using the latest technologies in the procedures they perform. The clinic is present in the country in the cities of Pitesti, Ramnicu Valcea and Slatina. The capital investment made by the EquiLiant Capital investment fund aims to expand the network of clinics and the operational model conceived by it at national level.
NNKPD assisted throughout the process, including the preparation, negotiation and signing of the transaction documents, with the team led by Corina Dumitru, Partner in the Corporate / M&A practice.
