Mușat & Asociații advised the company Adesgo SA, the largest producer of seamless underwear in Romania, in connection with the sale of its business in the field of manufacturing and marketing of seamless underwear articles to Tefron Europe, part of an Israeli group, developer and manufacturer of seamless clothing items, recently entered the Romanian market. The transaction was signed in March and completed earlier this week.
