MPR Partners |Maravela, Popescu & Romanhas assisted the global wiper blade manufacturer Trico in the acquisition of the worldwide wiper and wiper systems business of Federal-Mogul Motorparts. 

MPR Partners assigned an 8-lawyer team to work on behalf of Trico for Romanian jurisdiction related aspects of this transaction. Legal work included due diligence, review of the transaction documents, closing and post-closing assistance and was led by partners Alina Popescu and Dana Rădulescu, as well as senior associate Raluca Ciocârlan.
