This transaction marks Elemental Group’s strategic entry into the Romanian market and represents a key milestone for the development of the local Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) recycling industry.The legal assistance provided was comprehensive, covering all sides of the transaction, from due diligence to negotiation and finalization of necessary documentation for the transfer of shares. The team ensured full compliance with relevant regulations, providing strategic advice to support the client’s interests and minimize potential risks.
This project represented both a substantial transaction and a legal challenge, given the complexity of national and European regulations governing the recycling sector, as well as the strategic nature of the investment.
