CEE Attorneys/Boanță, Gîdei și Asociații team of lawyers assisted 7Card in the final stage of the firm selling its entire business to the French group Sodexo. 7Card is a recognised leader in joint wellness and sports services, facilitating the subscribers’ access to a network of over 650 sports centers (which is about 70% of all sports and relaxation centers in Romania).
The sale transaction of the 7Card business was structured in several stages and took over four years to be implemented, the CEE Attorneys/Boanță, Gîdei și Asociații team advising the 7Card founders in connection with the completion of the entire sale process.

This industry obviously has an enormous development potential, but also faces specific regulations and numerous legal and business challenges, which require not only know-how, but also wide exposure in this kind of deals”, explains Sergiu Gîdei, one of the firm’s founding partners and project coordinator.
