Wolf Theiss advises ACP Credit on granting a EUR 10 million loan to Mogo IFN

Wolf Theiss advised ACP (Accession Capital Partners) Credit, a group of investment funds based in Luxembourg, in relation to a EUR 10 million credit facility granted to Mogo IFN, a subsidiary of Eleving Group. The credit facility will serve to finance Eleving Group's expansion in Romania.

ACP Credit, a leading corporate lender in Central Europe, relied on the legal advice of Wolf Theiss' Banking & Finance team consisting of Partner Claudia Chiper, Senior Associate Smaranda Văcaru and Associate Ana Florea, in relation to the loan agreement and related documentation. The transaction also involved coordination with the Eleving Group's Latvian-based office with regard to the guarantees offered by the group Mogo IFN is a part of. Wolf Theiss relied on leading Baltic legal services provider Cobalt's Latvian team with respect to Latvian law aspects.
