Biriș Goran assisted Swiss investor Philippe Jacobs and Ibitol Group in the sale of Coresi Business Park to Immochan, one of the leading European real estate companies. The business park is located in Brașov on the former Tractorul factory platform and comprises four refurbished buildings and three buildings developed in the last two years, with a total leasable area of 40,000 sqm. The business park is part of Coresi project developed by Immochan, which includes a shopping center and a residential area. The office buildings have tenants such as IBM, Raiffeisen Bank, IQuest or Tata Technologies. The parties did not disclose the value of the transaction.
Biriș Goran offered advice on all legal issues concerning the sale, and the team was headed by Gabriel Biriș (Managing Partner) and Mariana Signeanu (Senior Associate).
Mariana Signeanu stated: “We were happy to assist the owners in the sale of Coresi Business Park, which is part of one of the most important urban regeneration project in Romania and we look forward to assist them in the following projects and investments in Romania”.
